Mailing Services
Graphic Fox also offers you the convenience and savings of mailing your print job. By automating your mailing, we can get you the discounted postage rates available through the U.S. Postal Service.
Postage Information
- First Class vs. Standard Rate (Bulk Rate) - First Class Mail is the best choice for time sensitive mail. Delivery is usually within 1-3 days locally and 1-5 days nationally. Standard Rate can be a lower rate but a longer delivery time especially at peak mailing periods.
- Benefits of First Class Mail - First Class offers a lower post card rate (4.25" x 6") and is automatically returned or forwarded if the recipient has moved. Standard mail is only returned if the Ancillary Service Endorsement is printed. There is also an additional fee for each forwarded or returned piece. You can mail post cards at standard rate, but it is not at a discounted rate.
- Non Profit Rates - This class of mail is a lower priced Standard Mail rate with the same delivery timeframes. Available for Non Profit groups who have applied and been approved through the U.S. Postal Service.
