JOBS R US
FUNDING SOURCES
![]()
Even though Jobs R Us is part of a private non-profit
organization, no participating company is expected to pay any fees for
any service provided. This is because the funding for Jobs R Us is secured
from services hired by the California State Department of Rehabilitation.
The California State Department of Rehabilitation pays Jobs R Us to provide
quality vocational services for people with disabilities. Additionally,
Jobs R Us has a contract with Butte County Mental Health to provide vocational
services for people with mental health issues.

Because Jobs R Us does not charge any
business (nor any employee) for services
rendered, participants in the program can be
sure that our primary interest is to create productive
matches between employers and employees.
Note: businesses must pay wages to employees hired
through Jobs R Us, just as they would to any other employee.
